LED Bolt Down Solutions
For some medium or large installations, it is necessary to anchor the structure to the floor. OMB offers various solutions, from the simplest for environments such as CONTROL ROOM or MEETING ROOM, to the most complex for VIRTUAL STAGE. The structures can be linear or curved depending on the customer’s needs.
X, Y and Z AXIS ADJUSTMENT
The floor plan of a LED structure is not always perfectly level. This is especially a problem for the installation of large structures. For this reason OMB has studied structures with the possibility of adjusting the X, Y and Z axes in order to perfectly align the LED modules.
TRIM FRAME AND FRONT COVERS
An aesthetic frame around the LED wall and covers between the floor and the base of the first row of LEDs can be combined upon request.
CONCAVE OR CONVEX STRUCTURES
OMB’s development capability, also allows the design of concave or convex structures.
INDOOR or OUTDOOR
The mounting solution can be produced for both indoor and outdoor mounting. The OUTDOOR version is supplied with CALCULATION REPORT and EN1090 certification. In addition, OMB provides the DRAWING OF THE CEMENT PLINK where to house the structure.
