LED Bolt Down Solutions
For some medium or large installations, it is necessary to anchor the structure to the floor. OMB offers various solutions, from the simplest for environments such as CONTROL ROOM or MEETING ROOM, to the most complex for VIRTUAL STAGE. The structures can be linear or curved depending on the customer’s needs.
X, Y and Z AXIS ADJUSTMENT
The floor plan of a LED structure is not always perfectly level. This is especially a problem for the installation of large structures. For this reason OMB has studied structures with the possibility of adjusting the X, Y and Z axes in order to perfectly align the LED modules.
FINISHING FRAME AND FRONT COVERS
Upon request, it is possible to supply an aesthetic frame around the LED wall and front covers between the floor and LEDs base line.
CONCAVE OR CONVEX STRUCTURES
The development capability of OMB also allows the design of concave or convex structures.
INDOOR o OUTDOOR
The mounting solution can be produced for both indoor and outdoor environment. The OUTDOOR version is supplied with CALCULATION REPORT and EN1090 certification. OMB also supplies the DRAWING OF THE CONCRETE BASE where to fix the outdoor structure.
